The BCHBA would like to recognize Stefani Eraza—a vibrant, dedicated member— for her contributions to the organization. Stefani was born in New York and raised in South Florida. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in political science. Pursuing her passion for legal service, she interned with the Honorable Ari A. Porth of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in Broward County, Florida. Stefani graduated from Florida International University College of Law with her Juris Doctor. While in law school, she interned at a boutique family law firm and was recognized on the Dean’s list every semester.
Stefani began her legal career at the firm of Colson Hicks Eidson, working in the areas of catastrophic personal injury and medical malpractice. She now brings that wealth of experience in litigating disputes in the real estate sector. Stefani focuses on complex condominium matters, community association law, real estate litigation, and construction law. She represents local, domestic, and international clients in the real estate sector, including property owners, developers, community associations, and construction professionals.
Stefani is a member of the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division, Cuban American Bar Association, Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and Broward County Hispanic Bar Association. She loves to travel, learn new cooking recipes, and spend time with her family and friends.
