Madeleine Mannello is a Senior Associate with the Winston Law Firm in Davie, and practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and criminal defense. She graduated cum laude from the University of Florida, and magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law.
Ms. Mannello is an experienced trial attorney who began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for Broward County, and later went on to represent the State of Florida in both state and federal court as an Assistant Attorney General. Prior to joining the Winston Law Firm, Ms. Mannello also worked for Hinshaw & Culbertson, an AmLaw 200 International Insurance Defense firm.
Ms. Mannello is a Past-President and current Board Member of the Broward County Women Lawyers’ Association and currently serves on the Florida Bar Grievance Committee for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit and Florida Bar Judicial Nomination Procedures Committee. She is the former Chair of the Broward County Bar Association’s Voluntary Bar Liaison Committee, and current Chair of the Broward County Bar Association’s Women In Leadership Committee.
She has also received multiple recognitions for her service to the community and excellent legal work. In 2020 Ms. Mannello was named a Leader in the Law by the Florida Association of Women Lawyers and, in 2021, as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” attorneys in Broward County by the Broward County Bar Association. She is an active member of the Florida League of Women Voters and has been recognized as a “Legal All Star” for her pro bono work with the Florida Justice Center.
